OEM Sales Manager(深圳)
Key Responsibility:
1. As part of the China Sales Team, working with and in coordination with Local sales team and Business Units to discover new sales opportunities and drive them toward IP/software license and/or component sale;
2. Develop technology knowhow of the product and the value proposition for the customer;
3. Prospecting new ODM/OEM accounts as well as retaining and expanding business with the current customer base, focusing on Sensor Fusion, Image Enhancements Software, Computer Vision AI and Voice/Audi;
4. Develop trusted relationships with various stake holders in engineering, marketing, executives and purchasing is key;
5. Software Licensing contract negotiation;
6. Component pricing negotiations;
7. Forecasting design-wins, royalties and components shipments;
8. Traveling frequently to meet customers.

Requirements:
1. At least 5-years’ experience in licensing or selling embedded software to ODM/OEM, Experience in DSP is a plus;
2. Good knowledge and background in some of the following areas:  Motion sensors, Imaging, Voice & Audio, Vision, and AI (neural networks);
3. Recent business relationships with top tier companies in the areas (in order of importance):  ADAS, Wearables, Mobile Consumer, and/or Industrial;
4. Proven success in penetrating and developing relationships with new accounts;
5. Self-driven with strong ability to take ownership of customer relationships, solve issues and handle solution coordination with the customers and R&D/Support organization;
6. Team player;
7. People person with good communication and listening skills, with the ability to articulate issues and solutions internally and externally;
8. Comfortable presenting to large and/or technical and business personnel;
9. Available to travel frequently and willing to work across time zones (Asia-US-Europe).
