Account Manager(上海/深圳/南京)

Responsibilities:
1. Account manager to take the sales ownership in ZTE account in China;
2. Support and execute the business and product strategy in assigned customers;
3. Provide sales forecast and drive the quarterly revenue and design-win target;
4. Manage the daily communication with customer to ensure the customer satisfactory;
5. Work with internal operation and external partners to meet customer delivery needs;
6. Work with FAE and BU to drive the design-in and technical support.

Qualifications/Requirements/Knowledge:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in EE or Computer Science;
2. 5 or more years (equivalent) working experience in networking, broadband, enterprise server & optical industry to promote and manage the system level semiconductor business;
3. 5 or more years experiences in supporting ZTE and good understanding on ZTE DC, Bear Network, Optical Network, Fixed Network, Wireless BTS and Enterprise Server product lines;
4. Familiar and good understanding on at least one of followings industries: Datacenter networks, Telecom Transport and Core network, Broadband and Wireless Access, Optical and Server;
5. Familiar and good understanding on at least one of followings technologies: Ethernet switch/router, PHY, DSP, PON, DSL, WiFi, Optical Transceiver and Server Storage;
6. Successful sales record in continuously meeting sales target;
7. Strong communication skill and good written and verbal in English and Mandarin;
8. Quick learning capability and self-motivation;
9. Willing to support frequent travel;
10. Good teamwork and also feel comfortable to work in a high-pressure environment.
