Job Responsibility： 1. Work with clients to enable business transformation and continuous business process improvement, identify improvements opportunity; 2. Discuss with clients face to face about their business requirements, and document detailed requirements; 3. Performs feasibility analysis, works with global developing team to priority deliverables and negotiate on functionalities; 4. Ensure effective and innovative solution design based on professional knowledge and experience of business areas and systems; 5. Creating detailed process documentation and user manual, and responsible for business key user training; 6. Participates in SIT - System and Integration Testing, Support the UAT - User Acceptance Testing; 7. At the beginning of each month, assist operation team to collect service fees.
Position Requirements： 1. with 3+ years of experience as BA – Business Analyst, preference with automobile industry experiences; 2. Fluent in English, both verbal and written; 3. Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver working results; 4. Good analytical skills and reporting capabilities, good customer service and consulting skills; 5. Have bachelor degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
